Is it just me or does the new info seem contradictory. i read that the campaign mode will only have regular infected. and that the other mode was deathmatch. the mode in the video looked to be campaign mode but still had the boss infected. please don't tell me they are removing the boss infected from the campaign because i will seriously reconsider this game as a worthy purchase.

I doubt there's a linear campaign per se. None of the missions, or campaigns as they're referred to by the developers, share any story, other than the overall premise of the game - four survivors, zombies, get rescued, etc.
After all, how much sense does it make for the group to be rescued in the city - and then be forced to repeat the process in a rural environment?

No, the order of the campaigns isn't linear. They can all be played from the get-go, without having to unlock them. There is no linear narrative.

Also, please don't confuse "maps" with campaigns; maps are the components of a campaign, which has a predefined setting. In this (http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/18853) video, an entire map is played, which is part of the Hospital campaign.

There will be bumer, the hunter, and the witch; then regular infected, beside that nothing alse............ but more boss infected are comin' and new maps plus guns! That maked me want to buy the game 100% more than before
