Well, I don't have a 360, but the PC still has Achievements, so...

Lock, Shock and Barrel: Save the same ally from a Hunter, a Smoker and protect him when he's vomited on in one map.

OH NO YOU AIN'T: Pull a survivor off of the ladder on the helicopter in Hospital in the finale as a Smoker.

What's That Shiny Thing?: Cause all the Infected near the Gas Station in Hospital to be killed by placing a pipe bomb next to the gas pump.

On your right as you exit the building, is a wooden object. If you look under it, you can see the gnome.

Something along the lines of that, because letting them pummel you and just having it happen is too much the same

One thing you guys have to realize is they won't add achievements(unless their idiots) that cause you to wake the witch, or get pummeled without shooting, or do stupid things because that goes against the COOP experience they are aiming for. Because I might be on my last leg with a teammate trying to get to the safehouse and then his like "Hey look a witch, I've only killed 8 so far" then he shoots and in turn we get our asses handed to us=NO FUN.

Drop a pipe bomb, then activate a car alarm, causing a mass of Infected to die from the pipe bomb.

Or,

Finish a map without having a single teammate go down.

Don't wake daddy! - Sucessfully sneak past a witch without waking her.

I need you alive - Give away a medpac to a critical teammate in critical condition yourself.

Guide the blind - Your teammate has been vomitted on by a boomer, don't allow any harm to come to him!

And how about the ultimate screw you over achievement....

LEFT 4 DEAD - You were their only hope, now they are left for dead. You entered the chopper by yourself whilest the rest of the remaining survivors have been beaten to the ground and can barely fend for themselves, death is inevitable.

Sadly, the infected have no falling damage so you can't do that, which is good because you can fall off vomiting into the middle of the group, land next to them with the vomit on them too and make them jump and shoot you out of instinct blinding all four!

or: BOOM: kill the boomer with a pipe bomb. 15G

those are realistic achievements everyone on here is putting up stupid ones that won't happen, no saying this to everyone, but most of them are stupid, that guy who said co-op achievements, well thought out! ;)
