make a list of games that should have never had sequels or games that should have. make it as long as you want. make it funny and be creative

Enter the Matrix has no sequels, and it was a great game in my opinion. FarCry has no sequels either, and SuperMan...

But there was a PC game a while back that was supposed to be a follow up i guess im the only idiot who played it

It Came From The Desert -> Part 2 was basically a redone only...
Monkey Island series should have stopped at 3

Enter The Matrix sequel is the one where you play Neo I believe never tried it.

Indigo Prophecy needs a sequel. Or at least another game in a similar style with next-gen graphics.

t's like an interactive movie except Really Interactive. You get to play as a man who's killed a stranger for no apparent reason, and the cops trying to find him. And then all sorts of crazy shit starts happening. It's got an Eternal-Darkness like sanity/mood thing as well, where if your character gets too depressed the story will end right there with an appropriate ending to whoever you were playing. Definitely an incredible experience to play. The ending(s) are all kind of a letdown though, unless you Really Really Really like bad cheese. Definitely one of the more kickass adventure games out there.

What else... well, Splinter Cell needs to keep going (As long as it's not in fsckin ubisoft shanghai, may their offices be infiltrated by a team of angry gamers with knives and SC honed stealth skills). Another NFS is already in the works, so that's one more fun series that's quite alive.

No One Lives Forever could use a third (Not Counting The Spinoff).

Ahh! Thief! As far as I know that was The original stealth game, and it's had two sequels that were both good and mostly faithful to the original. Can't remember the company who made the third one after Looking Glass Studios bit the dust, but a fourth from them would be awesome.

Another monkey island game would be nice... Crap, I'm completely forgetting an awesome game that I can't remember. Arrrg! Anyways, those games. Yeah.

Woops, Kind of did the opposite of the topic, but oh well. And Enter The Matrix wasn't a horrible game if you could look past the all the bugs. I wonder if ubisoft shanghai had something to do with the QA? - Infinite bullet time / matrixy powers mode / whatever they called it cheats Helped too.

Dude, all the Splinter Cells sucked except for the original. The new one still in developement or just started developement doesn't look that bad though, the graphics are 1337.

No, why? Because they cant work on SC2 when they're making Warcrap 4. Second, its a very bad choice for Blizzard if they make it too soon after SC2. They wont have enough time to milk the product. I know you all think "No thats EA that are farmers" Nope, Blizzard does it to.

Why do you think they're selling a model of some character we dont even know yet for almost three HUNDRED dollars.

The game that needs a real good seqeul, is Aliens Vs Predator, and we all know thats true!

I'd like to see another planetside.

I'd rather not see another halo, I dunno but halo just isnt that fun, and halo 3 looks exactly the same.

I'd definitly want to see another quake( not quake wars), but another installment to the series, that has orginality.

No One Lives Forever: A Spy in H.A.R.M.S Way, was one of my FAVORITE games ever, it could use sequel. Especially know with the 1337 physics, could like crossbow someone into a wall onto a rope and have them swing around all dead and stuff.

I remember playing 1 AvP game, dont remeber 1 or 2, I jsut know it PWNED.

I heard they're gonna keep making Black & White until 5, which is modern day.

IDK if that's still the plan, but my friend was a beta tester, and he said it was cool, you could make armor for your creature, and other cool stuff.

Serious Sam, was a good game.

Serious Sam 2, sucked so badly. I hated it.

Black & White 1+2 are both really good, I just dont like the way the game is set up, I wish I could free play scenario or something.

Red Faction should get another stab at it, The second one wasent too good, but I loved the first.

Age of Mythology :D I loved that game, they should come out with another one soon!
