Most Played Mode

Versus: Up to 8 players in a server (w/ 4 Human bosses)
Co-op: Up to 4 players in a server (w/ AI bosses)

Which mode do you foresee being played the most in the long run? Co-op, Versus, or will they both equal out? I'd say Co-op because I don't think there are as many griefers than the people who just want to kill infected. Though there will probably be professional matches in Versus mode. Also Co-op players might want a "human" challenge from the bosses even though they could just turn up the difficulty. From what I hear in the interveiws the pacing isn't the same in both modes. I'm assuming the pacing might be a little tighter in Co-op (which is why they got rid of the human bosses) therefore giving you a better experience. Idk, what are your thoughts?

Co-op most likely cuz i see myself playing with three other freinds trying to kill zombies and survive then playing as a zombie trying to kill survivors, wich i can forsee already would cause depression on the people trying to kill the survivors, sort of a win loss situation

I will be playing Versus mostly. It's what Left 4 Dead was when squerl and frog played it and when I started to know about the game. For me, Versus is what L4D is supposed to be.

Also, VS looks like co-op with an additional feature and a more suitable map selection for elongated multiplayer sessions.

versus, just because it's more of a challenge to fight another person. plus, it's more suitable for friends screwing around, clan matches, and the like.

I'm still confused with the differences between the two. Co-op is player survivors but AI infected, but is versus restricting all 8 players to a single map from a campaign and having them kill each other or is it basically co-op with just player infected?

i think id rather play vs because being a human character would be easy to control i would play as the infected first jst so i could learn how to use them and reck havoc among so survivor noobs lol
