View Full Version : Vomit or Pipebomb?

Hey im new here (though ive been lurking for a while) and i thought i would ask a question that's buggin me. If you get vomited on by the boomer and throw a pipebomb, which will the infected go after? If they go after the bomb you might be able to defend your while you can't see.

I would assume that the infected would go after the pipe bomb because they are just regular infected, and it seems that all the regular infected are attracted to the sparklies.

Probably you because your covered in that scent that they just love pounding their hands on. Wouldn't throw a pipe bomb if vomited though considering you'd be hella blind and just blow teammates up on accident.

Yeah it may be dangerous, but if your seperated from your team it would probably be your safest bet

Yeah if you were seperated from your team you may be able to pull off a heroic kamikaze type thing lol

i say 50-50 no more either side some go for the boomboom while the others who aint seen it yet go straight for the kill on yooooooo!

I'd say you as your stuck with a pheromone of some sort, and infected will be attracted more to that than some aggrevating noise.

Personally i would have to say that the vomit will take priority because i simply doubt that valve wants you to be able to defend yourself, it ruins the whole point of "teamwork"

I 2nd Puff. Whatever the game decides. You can throw the bomb, but I'm sure several infected will still be pounding you.
