It's been a couple weeks since I last called that radio station, so I decided I'd call them again. Sometime around 7:40am today, they asked how people feel about an extra 1/8th penny of a tax. This was my time to call. So I dialed the number and was answered almost immediately. I was greeted by the usual, "You're on the Mix, who's this?". I replied, "Michael". Then they asked me about the tax. Keep in mind that I was LIVE, as in as I was talking, I could hear myself on the radio. Anyways, I said "It's like all my hopes and dreams are just crushed." Then they asked me how much that would add up to, and I said "About 10 bucks." They said some more stuff, but I was too amazed at actually being live, so I could have said ANYTHING. I would have yelled some stuff if my friend gave me his cell phone, because I don't want to get my number blocked or anything. Anyways, they eventually hung up, then they said "I think Michael needs a hug." I laughed a lot, as usual.
