I agree.
Did anyone notice that Obama looked McCain directly in the eye like the entire time, but McCain NEVER looked at Obama?
Kinda weird.

I didn't really see the point.

I looked in on it after I finished Family Guy, but thought it was meh.

I don't think any debate is going to change my mind, tbh.

I know Im Canadian so it really doesnt matter, but I hate how people are saying "Oh I dont trust Obama because of lack of experience!" It's probably better he's not corrupted yet by US politics, I think America needs something fresh. I hope to hell he wins. There's no way that fossil can win. Else you guys are FUCKED.

One candidate hasn't been in the senate long enough, the other has been there too long. Pick your poison.

You don't need to be in the senate a long time to know about politics. I don't know where you get that idea from.

McCain Got owned...
Obama pretty much raped McCain

wow you guys have no idea what you're talking about....

As a lot of news sources (t.v. and online) have stated, McCain MAY have won on points alone (kinda like in a boxing match)
This is because McCain was on the attack most of the time, so Obama spent most of his time defending himself (Obama's best times came in the beginning when he repeatedly said how bush has ruined the economy and McCain supports him in every way...But finally McCain ended that when he stated all the things that he voted against that bush did). But this is also why most places say that it was a tie because there was no definitive moment where you could say that one candidate pulled away from the other and left a giant gap between the two. McCain attacked Obama again and again, and most of the time Obama held his own...

and people keep talking about how McCain didn't look at Obama, or how McCain was very tempered,etc...

I think that's nothing compared to how many times Obama blatanly interrupted McCain while he was giving his responses, shouting "Not true, not true" and sarcastically "oh yeah" shows what a true gentleman he is..... he must've done this at least a dozen times.

....I could go back and forth on this for a while, but in the end, obama supporters will say "obama raped" and McCain supporters will say that McCain won, but I think this (http://www.blog.newsweek.com/blogs/stumper/archive/2008/09/26/mccain-won-but-will-it-matter.aspx) article explains how it went down pretty well.

EDIT:

Also the latest comment on this article states something that I thought of too. You are supposed to speak to the moderator(question asker) unless the moderator specifically says otherwise. He did tell Obama to look at McCain in one instance, but never told McCain to look at obama....anyways, the commenter said it better than I just did. look at his post.

What so you are saying its rude to call out "not true" when someone is blatantly lying about you?

EDIT: There was so much republican spin on McCain's arguments that it gives him no credibility when he talks about working "over the aisle".

Prior to the event at Halloween; Listening to Arnold's awesome speech was the best I have heard so far this year, which came to thinking, he would make an awesome president. To bad he can't though...
McCain blinks a lot.
Noticed that to. Ive been told when I talk to people on important subjects on presentations I tend to blink a lot to. I think hard a lot before I do presentations and I come to think of it as a some kind of twitch that helps me think clearer.
