Can anyone help me with my avatar

i tried both gif and jpg types and none worked =( and i made sure it was small enough to fit in another forum i used to be in. would anyone mind helping me out to put my avatar on O.o

Either take the preapproved ones, or make it smaller, cause I think it has to be 75 by 75, whilst some forums allow 100 by 100.

Might be too big of a file size. I think the max for these forums is 12kb. Any bigger than that and it isn't going to work.
