How do you take a screenshot?

they use capture cards to get the picture directly off the TV and turned into some file or something. not sure how it works

You record a demo while you are playing. Once you are finished, leave the game, watch the demo, and while the demo is recording use some sort of video capture program to record it. Convert the file to an .avi or something similar, and post on youtube.
