Look i have Xbox live and im wondering if i can download the demo using a beta key Becuase i have one, and my account is under 18, but some guy told me the age restriction does'nt apply then you download something from a code only when you download stuff off the marketplace.

Is this true?

If you download it using the code, you won't have a restriction. If you download it from the marketplace when it goes public, then yes, you will have restrictions.
