Ive downloaded ZM to try it out but when i go to launch it in steam it says its not ready plz try later??? what i need to do?

Have you downloaded source SDK base? (tools section of steam)

same happens to me some times make a desktop short cut of it and try launching it from there it usually works like that 4 some reason. sorry for any typos i typed this off my wii internet lol
