Thats easy to fix....

Step 1-Unplug Ethernet From XBOX
Step 2- Power Down Xbox
Step 3-Restart Modem DSL/CABLE
Step 4-Power On Xbox
Step 5- Plug EtherNet tO xbox
Step 6-Enter Code!!! Presto Your Good To Go!
