Cant Connect to Xbox Live

so i got a code finnaly :D and another for a close friend but the problem now is, MY XBOX WONT CONNECT it says it having an MTU error....i'm quite angry

anyone else having this issue?

nope, last time I had that happen, Xbox was doing updates, or preparing for that update. Give it a few hours and try again, the server for your area might be down or having some issues.

If it persists, try calling your ISP. I'm sure it's not them, but it could be.

MTU is the amount of data freely allowed to be transferred from the modem through the router to the xbox. I think the Xbox needs at least 1400 MTU to function. Check your router settings and make sure it's set to that.

well its possible, but keep in mind that you're online right now through the same router, data is being transferred. All that needs to be determined is if its the Sender (Xbox) - the middleman (your ISP) or the receiver (You)
