Then
z_spawn "bossname"
can be used to force yourself to spawn.
I was able to play every infected (other than normals and witches), and was able to see what it's like when you're spawning as an infected.
There's a lack of the infected vision though.
Still, try it on single-player or on the nom-nom-nom server!
