I think expert is the highest, and impossible is just what it says when searching on steam. I have looked at my own stats while playing on expert and it said impossible, so I think that's all it is.

director_panic_forever 1
director_force_panic_event 1
nb_rush 1
z_health 100
z_speed 500
These make the game impossible.
p.s. Could someone makes these commands into a script and activate then by press H
