Using CSS maps

Alright, well I've seen the video's and screen shots, but no one has bothered to say how they did it. I am a complete newb when it comes to this sort of thing, so help would be very nice. :) So, how on earth do I play maps like office and dust?

hey, my m8 is sorting the Saw mod map out as we speak, i'll get back to you when we're up and running.

anyway.
Download gcfscape, open the cs:source shared .gcf file, extract maps and materials to the left4dead folder
Then you can just go into a singleplayer game and type "changelevel 'mapname'"

Where's the left4dead folder, i cant find it?
