Any idea how I can add my friends css map Atix Heli to L4D? Help is much appreciated.

not gunna work, sticky. This isn't a straight Source engine game.

From what I gather, you have to decompile it and do some magic wiggly hands thing and shit on a toad to make it work

It takes some messing around. I had to compile my ZPS map under HL2 ep2 after putting in player starts and weapons. I found these in a vmf here:

Then I had to copy all used textures and models into the l4d folder...not everything comes through nice. You would be best to wait till sdk is really released...prolly much easier then.
