run_speed cvar?

Hey, I've been trying to change the default survivor run speed, but changing survivor_run_speed isn't changing anything, even when making the number incredibly small, like 5 or something

is there anyway to change the default run speed? searched these forums but didn't find anything else on it

yes, tried both of those

the walk speed is simply that; the walk speed, which, you only walk when holding the shift key and I'm fine with that speed and have no desire to change - sprint multiplier didn't do anything either


i just wanted to change the default movement speed, when simply running around, not walking

solecist, you got no answer either eh? somebody has to know...

unless there isn't a way to change it... but I have to say I doubt that's true
