To enable the Developer Console where these commands are entered, go into options and enable "developer console" then Press ~ key to open and close it.

How would I prevent automatic kills due to headshots?

I give my zombie 5000 health but he dies in a few shots if I accidentally shoot him in the head.

I lol'd. But still a good idea XD, I think there might be like a hitbox configuration somewhere ...
