What is the command to bind voice chat to a key (or, in my case, a gamepad button)?

K, I have now broken my left 4th finger (ironic, eh?) so I kinda need this. It's not even letting me use the "c" button on my keyboard due to the "unbindall" part of the 360controller config.

Fixed. It's +voicerecord in case anyone wanted to know.
