After many days of having fun with the game i thought it would be cool to make something like this. Enjoy!

I used demo recorder, demo smoother and the startmovie command. Edited/music added with Vdub and Sony Vegas pro 8. If you want to know more just ask ;)

Hmm, just noticing a bit of... low frame-rate, or lag?
I like the music, and I like how you can move the view.
I'm no expert, but there must be some way to make it less choppy.
Nice job.

The frame rate is not low and it was recorded on single player :/
The zombies just start bugging a bit when recording with the startmovie. If anyone has a command to make them stable please tell :)
thanks and of course you can see my other vids on youtube for more smooth camera action (mostly tf2 ones)

All of these tutorials are for other games but they work the same way in L4D
Recording a demo (and all the other commads too):
http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Demo_Recor ding_Tools (http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Demo_Recording_Tools)
This tells you mostly everything:

From this video i learned about smoothing:

From this video i learned about the startmovie command:

Using the demo recorder and startmovie command even the worst computer can record 100% quality films! (gameplay and everything you want) For example i run everything on low but the video here has everything on high and the framerate is good. You never have to use Fraps again :)
I think these will help you out.
