I just wanna showcase that its good to not get too close to your teamates since they shoot you.

Another thing people need to do is make sure they are safe. notice I try and move from high ground to high ground to make it more difficult for infected to get to me, and so I can cover my team better.

Defiantly not perfect but that is what I'm going for.

It's actually not all that tough if people don't shoot each other. Then its just luck kind of depending on what items appear an whether there are tanks.

The days of left click shooting are over my friend.. Everyone I meet either uses both mouse keys or the scroll wheel to shoot. : (

idk, i think i've done it maybe 2 times. i could be totaly wrong but idk, just force of habbit to melee if i can't shoot something right away

No it doesn't. If you get close enough to him though and melee him once, you can be freed from his grasp but its rare. Aside from that you have to shoot him or his tongue.
