View Full Version : Only 2 campaigns in VS?

i know im not the only one that has been wondering this. why are there only 2 of the 4 campaigns in the versus mode? please help.

Valve said the other two were unbalanced, so either the Survivors or Infected would have an unfair advantage.

although as it stands, a coordinated team of either can wipe a sloppy team of the other.

I know this pissed me off cause I just played most of dead air and it seemed like it'd be just as fun to play it as other maps.....ARG!

don't worry because about 95 percent of the board believes that valve will add new campaigns/maps

plus custom maps created by fans :p

This is in the XBox forum, which i assume means they have a bit of waiting to do before the new update comes out with the 2 other versus maps, plus custom content is basically null for XBox.

they are balancing the other maps, if you blasted xbox users would read the news on the front page of this very site you would read in an interview today chet said that though the vs maps look to be the same as the others , they arent. they are different to help balance the game play.

i just realized i had bad grammar my first post. sorry. and thanks for the news everyone. couldn't find it in the forums and didn't see anything in the home page so thought i should make the forum. and sir monster what do you mean you blasted xbox users? does that even matter? is there even a difference? that's called being prejudice. i read the home page everyday. i could have just missed it.

I thought that valve said they where editing those 2 maps and that they would be released via update for pc players and xbox players. Like when you play VS on the rooftop finale that staircase in the back is not in a room. its out in the open. (the staircase that goes up to the minigun) That editing is what i thought they where doing.
