Yeah I made this topic as just a place to vent anger and the poor playerbase of the Xbox 360 version, I swear to god I nearly ended up throwing my controller through the TV...

I was playing with a friend on Versus, going along as a team as you are meant to do. We were on the third map of No Mercy near the gas station. Two random team mates were attacked by Hunters and were getting raped and I went back to save them. They healed as I watched over them and when they had done I got raped by a Hunter and the two guys who I had just risked my ass to save ran off leaving my friend and I behind to fend for ourselves against all the player boss zombies giving them essentially a free ride.

That moment was epic frustration as we got raped over and over by a Hunter x Smoker x Hunter combo which just wouldn't let up. Eventually we succumbed after many valiant moments of withstanding it while our two randoms had ran off ahead and were now just outside the sewer entrance.

The two randoms perished very quickly after me and my friend died and we moved on to the infected side. Next map again they ran off and left me and my friend behind after we kept on saving them and left us to die until they got raped again. Infected side switch again.

Now on the finalé, they shot me and my friend down and then proceeded to carry on. Of course Votekick didn't work because there was two of them, two dickheads = No Votekick possible. Now I could jst about handle all of this but on the infected side I had an awesome chance. three guys were getting raped by common infected and hunters while the other guy was alone standin on the minigun. As a Smoker I was in my element here and as I clicked the right trigger my faulty controller suddenly disconnected and the god damn IDLE didn't trigger leaving me standing there like a twat for over 5 minutes, during which all survivors were still vulnerable and my controller would not work.

Then of course I got the Tank switch and had to stand there like a tard as they fired the machine gun repeatedly into me. This is when I stood up, took a deep breath, switched off the game and ordered Pizza. Pizza tastes damn good.

-RANT END-

Sorry just had to vent my feelings towards the douches on Xbox Live :(.

Maybe we should make a list of peoples Gamertags who should be avoided?

XBOX LIVE AVOID LIST:

P 3 L L Y
J4XBOX

There are the two randoms people should like copy and paste the list then add their own names.

Then we can try and avoid the douches!

Ok, that really does suck! My worst experience was in the first few hours I had the game. I was already a little frustrated for have one red bar in all of my versus games and having really bad teammates.

But then finally I found a good match and I was having a lot of fun playing the first two parts of No Mercy and by the time we started the 3rd round as the infected, the survivor were just in camping in there saferoom with the door open. And all of my teammates were desperately rushing in there to do almost no damage before getting shot.

So I decided to just wait outside until the survivors would try to make a run for it. But no, my teammates just kept on rushing in there and the survivors just kept killing them for several minutes.

And then out of nowhere (Nobody was talking...) they just voted to kick me. I thought to myself that this had to be a mistake, so I rejoined. But no, they kicked again only a few moments after.

My first decent game and I got kicked out... :/

It was then that I realized that versus mode (And this game.) can be so much fun when I play it with the right people (On both teams.), but can be so disappointing when they don't know what they're doing.

My most frustrating thing sadly happens so often. Playing on advanced in the first No Mercy map. And guess what, one of the randoms set off the god damn car alarm and it was ME that got surrounded trying to fight them all off.

And the other thing, when people screw around with the Witch. I mean seirously, the people that do that for no good reason are so idiotic. The game tells you to avoid her for a reason.

Hmmm...

Zombies: Endless
Human Points: Distance x Hit points left x # of players. and only if you get to the safehouse alive...

Staying in the Saferoom and shooting: Dumb
Jumping again and again into saferoom; Dumb

Were you playing with doped up chimpanzees?

The most frustrating thing that happened to me was in No Mercy. It was the finale and the second Tank had just come out. I was on top of the radio room roof where the minigun is and the Tank hits me and knocks me back so that I am hanging from the roof waiting for someone to help me up. Not the main roof, but just the little radio room roof. The Tank goes down and gets under me and is swiping my legs. Instead of attacking the Tank, my team continues to try to help me up, which fails over and over, because I get half way up and the Tank hits me again. All they had to do was kill the Tank and let me fall, because I would have fallen on the main rooftop and suffered minimal damage. Instead, the Tank kills me, then they shoot the Tank and run onto the chopper. Yay! They really need to give you the option to drop while you are hanging.

Actually if you guys had just taken a moment to make a strategy you could have easily taken them down in the safe room with a few respawns. Teams I've been on have easily taken down groups camping in their safe room. Have a hunter pounce right when a boomer lumbers in. They turn to take care of the hunter giving the boomer a chance to vomit, or one turns and takes down the boomer resulting in boomer blood everywhere and in rush the horde. The smoker and other hunter then add to the damage a bit during the confusion. Rinse, repeat. It's really not like it's rocket surgery.

Personally I have found the opposite true of 360 gamers (I have both version, 360 and PC). The 360 players tend to be a lot better players, and more friendly with more using voice chat than the PC gamers who all have the idea from CS:S that one guy can win the map solo.

I've had very few bad games, but then I only join matches that have friends in them. And I only added decent players as friends.

I was playing a public campaign with a friend having two slots open. The two guys we were playing with left and then two others jumped in and immediately started votes to kick both my friend and I. It was so frustrating because we were 4 acts in and we had to keep voting no until we got to a point where we could kick them. Oh, and of course they would get the witch going and run off to a room somewhere so we could deal with it.

Versus is definately the most annoying to play with inexperienced players.
A lot of people tend to play as survivors in Versus just like they do in Co-op; slowly. They don't seem to realise that 20 seconds = more buttrape.

And theres often that one guy who keeps running back, or stands still doing nothing but doesn't go IDLE. When that guy is on the other team though...
