Possible to create second GT archive?

I tried to add L4D411, but it was unfortunately full. would it be possible for someone to set up multiple archives, as the Xbox only allows so many people to a friendlist?

What do you mean by archive? You mean another Gamertag?

Just go to the sign in screen where you choose a profile, and make a new silver Xbox live gamertag.
