Change in Unbreakable achievement?

Just noticed that Unbreakable now says "Finish a campaign without ever using a first aid kit on yourself" while in game it still says "Finish a campaign without being healed". Has it been changed?

Duh... that can be so exploited -.- Everyone just heals each other.

But I think that the real reason here is that the bots keep on healing at all times. So if you're low on health and your mate goes to toilet for a sec and then his guy goes "IDLE", the bot runs screaming "HOLD ON! IMMA GONNA HEAL U!"

i just rushed through no mercy on easy, didnt need to be healed once. the bots only healed themselves

I tried that a few days ago, but when I climbed up from the sewers a tank ambushed me and incapped me with a thrown car :(

so can you get the achievement if someone else heals you, and you never heal yourself??? what about if you use pills. can you still get the achievement if you use pills???
