Hey guys since i now have all the achievements I feel that some people would like some help on theirs I will post a list of achievements how hard they are and some tips to get them

C= Campaign mode
V= Versus Mode
S= Some skill needed
L/T= Lucked needed or Just time playing

Difficulty Ranges from 1 - 5.
5 is the hardest 1 is the easiest

Helping Hand
C/V/L/T
Revive 50 incapacitated Survivors.
Difficulty 1
Tips: none really just help your teammates out

Tips: If you hear a hunter just keep holding down the melee button and if he tries to pounce you thats perfect for you.

Tips: not too hard sneak up behind her on easy or normal and run towards her when shes turns around to look at you use a shotgun/autoshotgun and shoot her once in the face. *i think theres some youtube videos of it*

Difficulty 5
Tips: I did it on easy No mercy. Theres a little ledge that you can go on from the ladder behind the mini gun if you get a whole team up there hordes cant hit you tanks can get you once in a while watch out for hunters. at the end save a pipe bomb and watch out for smokers.

Tips: try to find it and a firing squad of m16's take it down in about 15 seconds.

Tips: you can play on easy single player melee your way through the whole campaign bots wont shoot you unless you get in the way.

Tips: use the no mercy roofs and get the last guy if he gets away thats one down and one more to go you dont have to kill them.

Tips: use the no mercy elevator theres a vent on top of it use it to get all 4 if your lucky or hide in a tree on blood harvest and get lucky.

Pounce two different Survivors in one life as a Hunter.
Difficulty 3
Tips: hit and run thats all i can help you out with if they melee you off run for it.

Tips: on the finale blood harvest is the best place to get them you don't have to kill them just incapacitate them.

Tips: a hit there and a pounce there it will add up just takes time.

Tips: stay near the safe room door wait for the idiot who thinks that hes gonna be ok if he saves his teammates when he comes out rape.

Tips: get vomited on by a person who has that achievement and pass it on by vomiting on somebody else.

most of these are no brainers (and using sv_cheats is cheap imo)
but thx anyways.....I hope taht whenever they come out with DLC for the 360 they include the "Outbreak" achievement.

Better grammar and maybe an extra line of space between the ---s and the ends/beginnings of the tips would make it seem less cluttered. Maybe also underline the word tip and bold the achievement name to make them stand out more.

I hope taht whenever they come out with DLC for the 360 they include the "Outbreak" achievement.
Doesn't have to be DLC. Look at how Bioshock added the no revives achievement. It just popped up one day.

Are you sure that `Unbreakable` can be unlocked on easy?
I`ve played two campaigns on easy now to get that achievement, both times I never use any medkits and no bots healed me ( it even verifies this in the end text crawl ), I only used pills, which I thought was OK.
Do pills count as healing yourself then, even though its temp health?

Also, didnt the wording change on this achievement, wasnt it `finish a campaign without using a medkit` and they changed it to `finish a campaign without ever been healed` ?

Anyone shed any light on this?

I`ll be back with more achievment questions later - the man vs tank one can only be done online I guess, as the bots always shoot it when I play offline.

Just a point about Akimbo assassin: You can ONLY use pistols, no other guns at all or molotovs/pipebombs. When I did it I accidentaly mele'd with a medikit but still got the acheivment so I'm assuming any kind of mele is fine.

Got mine on Advanced too. Check me the hell right out :D

Afraid not. You can get the acheivment even if you're revived, use pills or die and are later rescued. As long as you dont touch the medipack it's acheivment completed, compadre.

Do you mean you`re not even supposed to pick it up? I normally carry one to stop the bots from healing me. Every time they try, I flick to the medpack and they stop. I`ve finished No Mercy twice now without using a medpack and still not got the achievement. It was on easy - is this why it doesnt count?

, but for a "tip" you casn be killed and saved from a closet if your health gets low, it doesnt count as healing and you go back to 50

Also for "Dead Giveaway" you can be above 10 health as long as it's temp health, (like when you've been incapped and revived and your all temp) because i was incapped and had like 30 temp health and healed someone else and got the achievement

LOL. I'm going to tell you the most pro way of getting achevements (granted it's not legit) I didn't do this my self but my clan leader did to finish his last 4 achievements so i'd stop making fun of him for not having 51/51.

1. Make a game and turn on SV_Cheats 1 by your self.
2. Kick all the bots just by typing (kick bill, kick zoey, kick louis ext.)
3. type NOCLIP into console.
4. Fly to the safe room door then retype "NOCLIP" then SV_CHEATS 0 in 2 lines into console before closing it(if you're doing it in single player game will be paused and you'll be fine.
5. Open the safe room walk in and close it.
6. Rinse and repeat the whole campaign doing this until the finale.
7. Do the finale with noclip permanently on during it. If you're going for untouchables just do it on no mercy and fly high above the heli-pad and just spam "FIRE" into console after you have activated the event.
8. when the copter arrives, fly down right to the pad commence turning cheats off and noclip and hop in.
9. Ta-DA you're officially a faggot.

Edit: SIDENOTE, make sure you turn noclip off first before turning off SV_CHEATS. or you'll still be in noclip mode.

Knocks out all the hard ones at least, The rest of the achievements are nothing but push overs.

Just about every single achievement can be achieved through SV_CHEATS 1 being turned on and off.

I just achieved Untouchables with bots on the Dead Air finale using this guide (http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=mFJdh8AiTNo). I took me about 4 retries, but I got it and it's legit. Although it doesn't show in the vid, try to get a pipebomb and save it for the last horde, when the plane is starting.

I think achievments are epitomised by their name, 'Achievments'. Theyre only worth getting if you play it legit and earn them through sweat, lots of blood and patience.

Not much of a story to tell about getting hardass achievments like 'Nothing Special' and 'What are you trying to prove' if you cheat to get them. Plus the only way to get better as a player is to play legit, the achievments are a good milestone to see how well you're coming along.

I did Akimbo yesterday. I picked up all kind of guns but did not use them. I picked upp molotoves and pipebombs and used them. Got Akimbo

Get some pills, have a friend face you and throw the pillbottle to eachother.

You can only pass a pill bottle to each person once for it to count towards your total. Meaning you can only get 3 points towards the achievement per bottle. I tired to throw it back and forth between two people and that does not work.
