bleeding to death censored in [E] version 18+?

Playing the demo I remember, that there was a growing puddle of blood underneath a survivor when incapacitated. Although there is still dismemberment and gore in the English 18+ version I don't get this bleed to death animation.

Whats it like in the US version? (Or is it just because of my medium to low video settings or does the animation only show up on the 3rd incapacitation EDIT: /when dying?)

I've noticed in the US (Xbox) version, there will only be a puddle of blood sometimes. It doesn't seem to appear until after the person dies though.

The pool of blood only shows up sometimes.

Maybe it only shows up when they're on they're next to last down? Or when they've almost bled to death?

Or maybe it's totally random, who knows.

the thing is that I was playing the demo being already dead and spectated someone laying on the ground, still shooting and bleeding out

you bleed after you're *DEAD* dead, confirmed.

in my game everyone bleeds out when incapacitated.
