For those trying to get Stomach Upset and Safety First...

I'm just about 100% sure on this, since I just did two tests on Death Toll, but if ANYONE gets vomited on/exploded or gets shot AT ALL, it doesn't count.

As in, if you make it to the finale and you accidentally shoot/burn/blow up someone, you have to redo the WHOLE campaign in order to get it. Same goes for Stomach Upset.

So yeah, good luck gettin' those. T'will be a bitch.

I got Stomach Upset rather easily on Death Toll, on Easy of course.

I will play Death Toll again on Easy and not shoot to get the Safety First achievement. The AI has awesome aim.

I think he means that getting shot/vomited on means you have to restart the whole campaign, not just the level.

to get safety first put god 1 on, then just before getting on the boat take it off and then sv_cheats in that order

Damnit... I just went through Death Toll again and made sure not to have anybody get vomited on and... it didn't work. Anyone know if it's broken or somethin'? I know when I got Lamb 2 Slaughter, it didn't actually show that I got it until I woke up the next morning. Hopefully that will happen again.

Strangely enough, I unlocked Stomach Upset just by playing through a single level without being vomited on.

why would you use cheats??? what the point of getting it if you can get it so easily. if thats the case you might as well not get it at all.
