I have some Q´s about almost anything....

Hello, im pretty new to this online gaming experience and i have questions about pretty much every thing.
Here we go...

1: Playing as hunter, sometimes when i jump a survivor and i know i hit him, i still doesnt attach to him and i kind off stumble backwards and loose control for a moment. Did he melee me just as i attached or did someone else shoot at me?

2: Playing as a hunter, can i release my grip on a survivor i just jumped, IE if im getting a shotgun to my face so i can escape?

3: Playing as a hunter, do i have to click RMB or LMB to attack when im sitting on a target? or does it attack the victim automaticly?

4: Sometimes when i play, my character is kind of hard to control. He moves in little minicircles, IE im trying to strafe him in position in front of a door, instead of going in a striaght line, he kinds of goes backwards and sideways at the same time, resulting in a wierd circular motion. Have gotten me killed many times. Why?

5: Im trying to find a script for "vocalization" to use with my mousewheel. When i scroll the mousewheel, i get diffrent things to say, then i press the mousewheel down and i say what i currently have selected. Is this possible?

6: Does a smoker most damage when hes strangleing someone or when sucessfully have pulled a victim to him and hits him?

1. You have gotten knocked. Your view should turn bit white, like after a flash in CS:S.
2. Afaik, it's possible, but it has to be enabled via console from the server.
3. Automaticly.
4. Maybe the Server has some problems. (You got the feeling you "slide")
5. Don't know.

LOL! i thought my mouse were broken or something, it has been thrown into the wall a few times to much, so i bought a new mouse, and when this problem still occured, i thought i have to ask.

1. I think you got shoved, possibly by the guy you tried to pounce.

2. Not as far as I can tell, I've tried every button combonation I can think of, and it doesn't let me run off.

3.Automatically, same with smoker.

4.Can't help you with that, perhaps your looking around while doing this, causing you to move to your current left/right/forward/backward.

5.Again, I have it for 360, so someone else will have to answer that.

6. I think it's only once he starts hitting him, although if you get a person far from their team, even if you don't hit him, he is open for attack from other infected.

EDIT: on number 6., you will do damage while they are being choked, but if they are still sliding towards the smoker, it doesn't damage them.

New question!

7: When i try to connect to a game, in 9 times of 10, for like 5 sec i can play, then i get "server disconnected, client timeout" ??
And i have a 50Mbit/10Mbit line. Is this a bug or is it the server that cant handle the traffic?
