2.Can i restart campaign to get it?
3.Can i restart server to get it?(same stomach upset)

I recently got it in a single run-through earlier today. Damn hard to get. You might want to turn on captions to help you spot when a special infected comes along.

They didn't touch us up until the finale, where me and someone else got pounced on. Managed to get the hunter off just in time though, thank god. Now I only have a few easy achievements left till I get 1000.

Which is a good strategy. I say rush through a campaign as fast as possible on easy, meleeing all the way. The reward for this achievement is actually unlocking the special character Bruce Campbell from a cubicle in the men's toilets on Dead Air.
