Me and my friends are one campaign away from getting this achievement. We went from being stuck in the 2nd level of No Mercy to taking a week off, to beating No Mercy, then just last night we beat Dead Air and Death Toll in the same night.

Is this achievement still eluding everyone on Xbox?
