what program do i use/ how do i watch the teaser frame by frame?

well
the sound is screwy using this (on the trailer) but i use VCL media player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/)

it plays all video formats, lets you vast forward up to like 8x and slow up to 8 x, take snapshots it will also play videos as your desktop wallpaper if you so choose. its a great program.

Yeah you can use Quicktime too. You will realize it shows the doomed fate of each survivor with the last being the girl killed by the tank. The black guy is killed by a smoker though...

he falls to his death. looks like hes punched over. bill the vietnam vet has a smoker sneak up on him and then you see blood splatter

if you mean streaming videos, you cant, youll have to save them using the firefox plugin...

but if you mean the l4d trailer, thats saved in your media folder inside your steam directory.

LIke you said A DUCK, I was also wondering were the frame-by-frame button was for the Steam opener

If you tap the space bar while the teaser is playing it pauses it. By holding the space bar down you flip threw it. All the deaths go by quickly but you get what is going on
