I remember it was weeks after the Wii was released and I had heard that Wal-Mart was getting a shipment in. I was in town so I went there at around 9PM to ask them how many/if they were getting them in. There were already 6 people and they were only getting 6 in in the morning. I was just shocked that people were like that even after a few weeks!

I'd wait quite a few hours, but nothing ridiculous where I'd have to take a crap outside or something.

actually my brother and i and some friends waited for halo 2 from like 7 or 8PM until midnight to get that.....it was only bearable though because it was inside an empty mall which was cool, and gamestop the goog peeps they are gave out free drinks and used games!.we just played cards and talked about random shite..but if I were by myself or something i prob only woulda done couple hours.....so if it's the same case I will be there at 7pm or so.

Yeah, me and my friends went at 8pm for the halo 2 release. It was actually pretty fun. But I honestly don't think waiting in like would be an issue, with steam. And besides; Left4Dead isn't a main stream game, and isn't very popular - yet. There won't be lines at Eb or Gamestop for it.
