Random Ass Lag Spikes today

Has anyone in the south eastern US been getting crazy fucking lag spikes, and getting teleported back about 50 feet from where you just ran? its been happening to me all day, at the most inconvenient times (normally in the middle of a fire fight). My internet connection is just fine, and i have no programs running in the background

Nope, but I did get countless connection losses to Steam, while my internet was just fine.
I'm in North-East US.
