Supplies?

If someone dies with a Health kit, pills, pipe bomb, molotov, pistols or something useful can you pick it off their dead body, it's not likely someone will die with all this stuff but it'd be a waste. We know you can get their primary weapon when they die. But can you get their ammo also? I know TRS didn't want ammo sharing because its too much to manage but... Where's all that stuff go?'

Well in the one video we see someone pick up a fallen Survivors assault rifle I believe.

Yeah you can pick up fallen weapons, its in the showdown PCG vid.

They comment on it as the spoils of war, its the last survivor who steals zoey's m16 after she gets mobbed. He then walks outside and is killed instantly but meh.
