Yes, but in the manga/anime Bulma is pretty much the only person that uses technology and they only get into major cities quite rarely. Idk, I've always associated DB with a more feudal Japan.

What I'm saying is that this trailer doesn't catch the DB mood at all, which is a shame. ;)

Don't pick on HW for taking some creative liberties until you've actually seen it. They do it all the time with superhero movies, but quite a few of those have still been pretty good recently. I'm not saying this one will be anything special, but don't rag on them too hard just yet.
