I just got a core 360, can anyone tell me what the difference between core and premium is? And can it run halo 2?

the main difference is just that the premium (or elite) is that it comes withthe 20gb hard drive, so to be able to save games/profiles u either gotta buy it separatly for 100 or buy a memory card thing (64 mb).....and yes it should run halo 2 just try it....and if not then that means that u have to update your xbox. just connect it to a connection and if there is an update u don't have,it will tell u

any xbox 360 with a hard drive can play most xbox games if you have xbox live..

The reason for having xbox live is so you can download the backwards compatibilty patch for that game.

if you get a 360 without the harddrive good luck finding any good games from normal xbox that work on it.

I would just buy one of the packages :P like a xbox - 2 games and a controller kind of thing, but if your still unsure ask in store
