You probably were not looking for a text-based browser game, BUT... Legend of the Green Dragon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legend_of_the_Green_Dragon) is really recommendable. I played that on a really great German server, for about a year until I started studying. It's a fantasy rpg, totally free.

The most important thing is to find the right server. Unfortunately I have never played on any English ones, though. The good ones feature unique modules or even an individual storyline. (There exists a "default" storyline, but some servers have put quite an effort in creating a whole little world around their own.)

The browsergame itself can be pretty much fun, as you level up your character (choose from different races) by defeating monsters, preparing to fight a boss. Later you can fight in the arena, get a mount, build a house, or even marry another player and get children... There is much to do.

What fascinated me most, though, was the text-based role play... Find a cool community and waste hours with your self-designed char. :D After writing this I totally want to revive my old char once again! :D

I still have the Vanilla one somewhere, I tried Factions beta thing when it came but never got around to getting it or Nightfall... Probably won't get Eye Of The North either. I'll just wait for GW2, which will kill WoW.

That being said support from NCsoft for GW's is amazing... For newcomers; but for old, and in my case, retired veterans... We really feel we got cheesed over, in Prophecies alone there were so many difficult areas where they didn't just fix them, they made them childs play... For region outside the first town in the desert I recall, before you use the first teleporter was HELL... Couple months later I solo'd with with a 55 monk.... A FIFTY FIVE MONK vs. necro, ranger and mesmer - degen...

And aside from that there were those areas, FoW, UW and that place... a lot of gold awesome loot at the end that was made so hard (well that last one wasn't ever that hard) but due to stupid complaints were dumbed down.

It really makes you feel like all your hard work was done for nothing, and it was what initially turned me away from the game,

I loved NWN the first one, never got 2... Looked mediocre at best...

Two Worlds SHOULD come out this month for PC and Xbox 360 so you could get that, im somewhat looking forward to it. Guess I'll wait for the reviews.

Im thinking of getting a brand new prophecies along with Factions, Nightfall and Eye of The North once it comes out... August 31'st I think...

I hope they come up with some package thing because... well I dont want to buy them seperately.

But I kind of dont want it, because August is pretty close to school and I won't have that much time to play... I want to wait till GW2 comes out but this Hall of Monuments thing... Kind of vague but if it gives me a jumpstart when GW2 comes out then.... well im in.

TBH, I'd rather NCsoft finish up GW and start working on Aion some more damnit, Europeans cant do this alone!!!
