No you cant, its randomly chosen by game. And yes I hope it will be split screen on console too :D

Obvously there will be no split screen on the PC version duh, this entire thread is about the possibility of split screen local multiplay on 360

The game itself will sell better for 360 if it is 1- 4 players offline and then 1 - 8 xbox live.

Again console and fps, don't go well. And It would be nice to be able to choose character, but then you might see 3 Bill's or something. As long as the characters have the same abilities, I don't mind who I am.

There's been nearly no information on the Xbox version or any differences it may have.

They might change that but it really doesn't matter much as they are all the same... I think it'd be cool tho if later they added attributes to the characters... albeit small changes... like Frances has 120 hp to start, Bill is more accurate with guns, Zoey can run a little faster etc.
