Well I dont know if it is nessisarily an error. BUT! I was playing No Mercy going for the Saftey First Achivement. I compleated the movie. thinking to my self " Yes, more GS!" and I never got the achivement. Thats when I thought. " Wth, Why didnt I get it?!" I went through mah credits and it said Friendly fire incidents. Everyone had 0 Thats when I really got Pissed! Has this happend to any else before? Like with any achivement?

If you weren't there the whole time, it wouldn't of counted. Plus, if someone joined then friendly fired and left their friendly fire wouldn't be on the credits, but it would still count.

I still have to go for the safety first achievement, but I was playing versus on the rooftops of No Mercy and vomitted on all four survivors as they were leaving the elevator and heading past the spools of wire and didn't get the barf bagged achievement.

Weird. Did you actually look at the credits?

I know that once or twice I thought I did it "clean", but there was 1 FF. I finally got this achievement by using bots on normal with a hunting rifle and being VERY CAREFUL.

BTW, bots NEVER FF.

I tried to get it on single player, and so did my roommate. We were both unable to get it on single player, but when we started up a campaign and ran through it together with no ff both of us got it. You may need to be playing with others to get the achievement.
Also, bots don't ever friendly fire on the PC either.

Maybe because some achievements are glitched and don't register.

Seems to be a recurring problem.

They don't FF, but I swear to god if bill jumps into my line of fire ONE more time :/

I know, for me last night it was Zoey. And a hunting rifle will INSTANTLY FUBAR a bot on Expert. :(
