Need teams to play against!!

So it comes to this: me and some friends have gotten what we consider pretty good at this game. We've gotten tons of achievements, beaten thr campaigns in expert mode, and done a ton of versus. We still LOVE this game. The problem we're running into is that we are having trouble finding a challenge in versus mode. Our last game was 7495 to 345, and we have yet to lose or even be challenged by other teams. Of course this is what happens when a tight, communicative team that understands the game plays against a pick up group(maybe mic-less) who don't have any depth to their play. So long and the short of it is we want organized teams of people to play against. Edit: This isnt just another post looking for xbox buddies to play with--I am looking for organized teams of players. Don't want to get flamed for putting up another need xbox friends post.

Ah yes. But if you read my post you'll see I'm not looking for just any team of randos thrown together to play against. Looking for organized teams of four players that are also looking for a challenge. Trust me, we're not having trouble finding people to play---we just are tired of beating people by a margin of 3000+ and want to find people worth playing.
