Finale spawning

Does it bother anyone else that when your infected after the finale has been activated you auto-spawn. It's not too bad with the hunter because of the ability to travel quickly, but other bosses suck, such as the boomer. I was just playing No Mercy finale, and they kept spawning me as a boomer on a lower part of the roof where I would be seen and shot instantly. Wouldn't it be more convenient for the normal spawning system...?

I think its better this way. Versus finales are hard enough with auto-spawn, we dont need the guys spawning right behind on the stairs giving you no reaction time.

At times it would be better. But the point of the Finale is for constant rushes of zombies. And when players must take the time to choose their spawn locations, then there is going to end up being less of that feeling that the survivors are constantly being attacked by zombies.

So it would be nice to be able to pick your spawn location, but it just doesn't fit in with what the feeling of the Finale is supposed to be like.

Yes it does bother me a bit.
Of all the times to take away your ability to choose your spawn point, the finale is the worst.

It's obviously a balance thing.. it's already hard enough for the survivors to hold out against 4 human opponents, especially when they actually work together properly. Allowing the infected team to set up traps and the like before they spawn would be nearly impossible against a skilled team.

But yes.. it still annoys me. :P

has this happened to anyone else that when the tank spawns on the fanale of the NM campign and hes climbing up the walls and u become him half way through the climb u get stuck in the wall for a few seconds?

also i noticed with the boomer and the tank sometimes they auto spawn u in a place where u have to go around the rooftop (no mercy) to get to the ladders because they cant really jump over the air ducts like a hunter/smoker. its annoying but i dont mind IMHO
