when i play for the first time i will keep all of my ammo to myself, leave my team behind, ask for ammo even when i have a lot, stay away from large zombie fights, keep med packs to myself, and being selfish
but when i play with people i know and i need to win i will be a "team player"

I have to say just playing with awesome team minded people. MY favorite part of CSS and when i feel as though 2 or three of us have congealed into a unit and we are able to execute a well laid plan. I really look forward to the unpredicability of the AI director and the attacks of the bosses. The best laid plans will be thrown aside in favor of survival. this wonderful melee of emotion, action, and thinking on out feet while supporting one another just sounds so freekin awesome

It'll be like counterstrike, just press a button on the keyboard and speak into your mic.

Think most FPS's nowadays have this as standard.

Its not ideal though, TS (or vent) is far better.

Well I don't think you will honestly need direct communication to play.

Its running on steam and using the Source Engine - im pretty sure Voice Communication will be built in, like 9/10 Steam Games.

If there IS no voice comms included then im sure Fan reaction will cause there to be in the first patch.

And with the recent steam patches the voice communication features have gotten 110% better. A lot of times I can't tell the diffrence of voice clarity from DoD's comms and the TS or Vent server.

But Back On topic -

My favorite part will be saving a teammates ass and them saying. "Wow, thanks."

Hey everyone, I remember there are going to be tons of things that you can vote on, for example, banning a certain player from using 'nades.

Well, here's my idea. I would want to be able to start a vote to mute a certain player's in-game VOIP. You wouldn't have to listen to children saying "everyone is gay" and you wouldn't have to disable to whole system.

Edit: My brother had a thought when I told him of this. There could be a simple GUI that would allow you to mute whichever player's mic you want. They others could do it for themselves.

Isn't it already possible to mute individual people via. the player management area when you pause in a multiplayer source game? (e.g. HL2, DOD:S, CS:S)
I never tried it but I assumed that could be done in there.
