I have found different website with the whole interview with danny boyle on it, but this one had the most important part....

I tried to search for the other thread with the same kinda topic, but couldn't find it. :)

basically he says that his idead for the third one is that in it france will have allready been takenover, and the actuall movie will take place in russia "if it happens" he says....but what I think is that since he always says something about a 28 weeks sequal....just the fact that he keeps talking about it in every interview someone has with him and that he is having ideas buzzing around in his head about it....i think it is inevitable, may take a looooong while but there will be one.
