no, i live in georgia. but buying plane tickets is no problem.

so when is quake con, if i know the date like a head of time, maybe i can plan to more things around it so i have time for it. i always wanted to go. but when i did have the money and time, it always slipped my mind because of other shit going on.

you can either bring your own rig or reserve one, it's a few days and you have to book the hotel and slot in March as soon as registration opens. The hotel books up fast.

the one thing that always bothered me about quakecon is the fact that i dont have a gaming computer and only gam on my gaming consoles.

as far as i know, quakecon is a computer gaming event.

do they have like 360, PS3 booths and stuff???

what i REALLY want to do is play people in tekken. theres only ONE tekken online, and you can only get it buy buying it from the PSN store. and im very, VERY good at tekken. like i onced tried to challenge myself by trying to beat the story mode with a single character on the hardest difficulty but getting ALL perfects. i would always get hit once or twice, onces i got past the 5-6th character.

since i never played anyone online in tekken, i want to see how my skillz stack up to other good tekken players.

so thats one of the reason i've always wanted to go to quakecon for because it was a gaming event where people play with one another. but i never been there, so i dont really know if thats possible.

Enjoy your life while you can, cuz you wont have much longer to enjoy life. My life, 80% work, 10% Family, 5% sleep, 4.9% collapsing in exhaustion, and 0.1% fun time. I'm not asking for sympathy, just letting you know beforehand. At the same time though, that makes the fun times better, and more worthwhile.

OT: I might be able to make it to this years quakecon, and I got a decent rig, but lifes pretty unsure right now, and things could change pretty quickly
