Will the programers put A.I. to the group that play with me or i must play with other people in the internet?

There is player AI and you can play alone with just the AI.

It helps that there's also boss infected AI. If you wanted to be the infected and fight survivor bots, you can do that.

Are you planning on practicing offline first and then once you get the controlls your gonna move online cause thats what im probly going to do.

It's kind of obvious... Considering the 1UP guys, I think, played with Survivor bots.

All source games with multiplayer support and bots have the option of single player with bots. Both survivor and infected boss AI has been confirmed. Put the two together and you get SP with bots.

There's a small chance that the 360 wont have this option, but it's very small.
I remember reading SP with bots will be possible in an interview with a TRS Dev somewhere too.

It was more the possibility of not being able to create a listen server. But now that I think about it more, all the servers will be listen servers on 360 anyway.

It's a very obvious thing for the game to have. All multiplayer FPS source (and goldsrc) games with bots, bar none, have had single player with bots. There's no reason whatsoever for L4D to be any different.

EDIT: After 5mins of Google. (and its also just over half way down the front page)
Shack: Is the game exclusively multiplayer, or are there single-player modes?

Michael Booth: Both--you can play with other humans, with bots, or a combination thereof. Left 4 Dead [supports] 1-8 players.

This has been brought up before, not to mention that it seems fairly obvious that there will be survivor and infected boss AI from almost all of the interviews, playtest, etc. Please you the search function and actually look yourself before asking a frequently asked question.
