your favorite second tier weapon

Now that we've seen that second tier weapons show up in groups, which one do you think you'll go for? I'd probably go for the Assault Rifle, but that seems to be what a lot of people have chosen (in the videos so far). So the question is, do you think there will be to many Assault Rifles chosen, leaving the team unbalanced?

After reading information lately about the sniper rifle's accuracy and penetration, that will probably be my first choice. Followed by the Benelli and closely behind that, the M16.

The M16, then the M14, then the Shotty. I say this because if the horde is running at you, a sniper isn't much good, and I hate the auto shotty in CS:S more than anything, I'll take pump anyday. If the pistols are done well enough, I might just go Quoting: hooray for zombies

You make sure the team has a varied set of weapons of course and if you happen to prefer one wep over the other you solve this within the team.
I would guess sticking and mastering only 1 wep makes you a liability in the team.

I guess the ideal setup for the more roomy maps would be something like Benelli, M16, M16, Sniper.
And for the more close quarter maps you replace one of the M16 with a Benelli.

Pretty sure sniper is useless in most cases, anything you want to do with the sniper you might as well do with the M16.

I really doubt a Sniper is useless since you'll be running from infected and everything will be chaotic. I would stick with the M16

Did somebody post a hands-on report from Quakecon, I didn't read? Or do you mean older information?

Personally, I would choose the M16 because it seems to be reloading very fast and should have some good stopping power.
