Thats my PC, an HP m8100n. the stock PSU goes up to a whopping 300w so I cant even use new vid cards. What kind of PSU type would I need?
I was considering buying this:

But i dunno if it will fit on my pc. Im taking suggestions on video cards as well.

730 is 2 much if you dont plan crossfire or sli
550 is fine even for overclock i will suggest you take a better company psu
like tagan,chieftec,thermaltake,akasa etc.
a video card ati 4850 1gb or 512 for today games is cool
what monitor you have how much resolution supports?

Right now I am on the stock 6150SE. Monitor is an old CRT I plan on replacing soon.
The big problem here is I am unsure of what type/ form factor to consider.

antec earthwatts is a really good psu brand. my 500w is running a gtx 260 nearly clocked at 280 speeds, along with all my other stuff and 6 big ass fans.
that psu looks fine too, but it's overkill. that's a standard sized atx psu so it should fit your case unless it's way smaller than it looks in that picture. :3

as for a video card I would get a 9800GT or hd4850 or 9800GTX+ they all fall in to the amount of power given by the power supply i listed.

Hmmmm......first You should get a QUALITY power supply URL (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139004)
Im using that S.O.B. right now running a gtx 260 core 216 (a little overkill for l4d) it has 42 amps on the 12v rail....Don't simply look at wattage that 12v rail determines if it will run the card \be stable in games....it is only limited by having 2 pci-e connectors and can't run some of the $500 cards or sli configs.
2nd I would consider a xfx or evga or bfg(great warranties, step it up programs etc. REGISTER YOUR CARD!!!!!!) 1gb 9800gt or 8800gt or the 512mb variant...if you want to roll the dice try ebay....I am trying to sell 2 8800gt's right now LOL!
good luck.....and +1 on the 9800gtx by no means future proof but might be worth the extra balls, and download nvidia system tools if you go 8800gt route those bastards can get hot!
