Smoker Dead Drop/Insta Kill cheating??

Some of you may have seen my cheating rant http://www.left4dead411.com/forums/index.php?acti on=vthread&forum=7&topic=9922&page=0 So I'm all for fair play. I don't think the dead drop is cheating though. Here's why: Most DD's take a degree of skill and timing to pull off, Also a DD can be countered with the tools you leave the saferoom with. If Valve says it's a glitch I'll stop but it seems to work with the mechanics of the game. And except for one that I know of the survivors have the advantage in countering it. And yes you can hit the DD on NM5 from the bottom of the ladder with a Molotov. I have found the "sweet spot" and can hit it about 90% of the time.

Nope.DD's are three things:
1.Creative
2.Difficult(some)
3.One of the smokers strongest points

I wouldnt call it cheating and i dont mind when people do it. I usually stop it anyways.

Ill stop when its patched. I would never pass up a chance to instantly kill someone who is dumb enough to sit there for it, considering how long its been known to be an instant kill spot. ~_~

Thats the reason i give for a instakill, the smoke just snaps their necks.


Also, its not cheating. It was intentionally put in the game by the developers. I would know, im a . . . . nah, too easy.

i think its not cheating because if this happened in real life you think a giant hand is gonna come up from the sky and squash the smoker as he tries to do it? dont think so :P i find it the opposite of cheating and whoever does it is smart yet i h8 their guts as they do it :)

Kind of a moot point when you consider all the other crap the survivors go through without instantly dying.
